As a Brand Supervisor, you will work to create relevance for premium brands, aiming to distinguish them from competitors while also establishing and reinforcing its purpose and positioning.

- Manage communication strategies, developing ideas, concept, messaging and storytelling in an integrated communication plan for premium and mass brands
- Leverage brand understanding to all Latin America markets, acting as a guardian of brand principles, establishing clear needs and guidelines for premium and mass brands, in accordance with Empresa importante targetsacross all consumer touch points;
- Guarantee consistent and clear communication of brand expression and company products and services, creating a distinctive consumer experience and keeping a consumer-centric strategy;
- Lead campaigns for an integrated omni-channel marketing plan, ensuring innovation, quality and consistency through a Digital First mindset;
- Develop KPIs to measure success and ROI of campaings;
- Manage the Branding team, ensuring proactivity and productivity and enabling better speed to market in order to achieve long-term business objectives;
- Support Product Marketing area, coordinate agency bids and briefing and amplify range of suppliers in order to ensure consistency on creating brand territories, determining best use of resources to achieve Marketing objectives;
- Manage budget process for operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan, driving future planning decisions and forecasting.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).Who you are:
You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising or related areas (MBA and/or postgraduate degree in Branding, Marketing or Business Management are pluses);
- Experience with premium brands within a regional (Latin America) scope;
- Experience with 360º launch campaigns, working alongside outsourced marketing agencies;
- Experience with Digital First strategies;
- Knowledge of brand building;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.Where you'll be:
You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
