As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Website Tracking Agent to join our team.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Registering clients on our CRM tracking product using the credentials provided by the company.
- Conducting KYC verification for clients using their own information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Managing client accounts in accordance with assigned account types, which may include logging in, depositing, and other specific actions at given intervals.
- Generating regular reports on progress and highlighting any exceptional findings or issues to management.
- Communicating with clients as necessary to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the account management process.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- No previous experience required.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Language proficiency in the targeted country.
- ID or Residency card from the targeted country.
- Bank account in the targeted country capable of online transactions. Having a credit card is an asset.
- Logging in from the country we are targeting, no VPN allowed.
