We are currently seeking a Country Manager in Brazil, to join this dynamic manufacturer's dedicated team of over 4,000 professionals, actively contributing to improved patient outcomes worldwide. As a strategic Country Manager, you will lead in developing business in an identified market with significant untapped potential. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, its regulations, and its culture. Operating across both private and public sectors, you will identify opportunities to drive growth based on the organization's established foundation. Key responsibilities: Lead, inspire, collaborate, and mobilise the organisation towards achieving aspirational growth objectives. Identify business opportunities and develop partnerships with key customers and distributor partners to accelerate growth. Drive clinically differentiating product training at key accounts. Take proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets. Identify emerging opportunities and maintain existing market awareness to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive sales strategies. Foster a team culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria: 8+ years in Medical Device Sales within the Brazilian market. Knowledge of Neurosurgery, Spine, or related fields. A proven ability to identify opportunities and map out a strategy to achieve success. Sales activity across both private and public sectors. Strong understanding of Brazil's Medical Device market and business landscape. Excellent communication skills, Bilingual – English, Portuguese, Spanish. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Travel up to 80%.
