Assess customer requirements and aim to resolve queries first time whenever possibleCommunicating and coordinating with back offices when necessary.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.Upholding all procedures for internal and external communications.Person Specification:Be a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker at native levelHave English knowledge to be used for internal communicationHave a previous experience working as a customer service executiveHave a good understanding of customer service in an online businessBe a good communicator and problem solverBe computer savvyHave an ability to understand customer needs and respond to themMust be able to work on a shift basis: our hours of operation are 24/7.Knowledge of sports betting and/or online casino is valued.
