We are distinguished by the initiative, flexibility and service vocation for everything we do day to day.Right now, we are looking for aFINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERto join our team inBRAZIL .You will get the chance to:Be part of the executive team in BRAZIL which will consolidate the exponential growth of the LAM region.Join an agile team with an entrepreneur spirit.Work in a direct way with the General Management in all aspects related to the biggest finances/ market business of the LAM region.Generate and provide accurate and reliable financial information which allows a timely decision making.Be the guarantor of compliance with internal controls and processes and regulations both local and from headquarters.Interact with the headquarters finance team and the shared service center to assure that the monthly closing and everything referred to corporate reports are made in a timely manner.What will help you succeed:3 years of experience in the following activities:Accounting and Finance areas.Forecasting and business modelling.Budget creation and control.Variance analysis and explanation.Comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in the monthly close process.External Audit – Preferably with Big 4 entities (desirable).Desirable experience working with ERP LN.To be able to communicate in English (advanced level mandatory).Knowledge and experience with SAP (ideally SAP Business One).Excellent Excel and Power BI skills, Hyperion (a plus).We believe that a culture of innovation and a diverse environment make us stronger.
