**Our Team**:
- You will have the chance of Lead _**_Physical and Mental Wellness_**_ brands that are great part of CHC business in Brazil (Opella Healthcare)._
**Main responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the management of Targifor and Oscal Brands, embracing end-to-end consumer journey in those categories;
- Strategic leadership for the brands, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
- Own brands and competitive analysis by leveraging internal and external data platforms, to continuously assess the health of the business and deliver actionable business insights.
- Own marketing A&P budget. Manage updates to A&P budget throughout the year, make recommendations for reallocation opportunities and efficiency.
- Develop, align and ensure execution of brand strategies across all touchpoints: ATL and BTL communication leveraging global and local best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities that can win with consumers and drive future growth
- Ensure and sustain strong collaboration with cross functional teams (shopper and HCP, customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory) and global teams when relevant
- Develop and lead HCP engagement strategy.
- Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

**About you**:
- ** Experience**: Solid experience at _FMCH, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies, managing complex brands and environments;_
- ** Education**: University degree (marketing, business, etc)
- ** Languages**: fluent Portuguese and English (spanish is a differential);
