We recognize to truly tap into the richness diversity brings we must lead with inclusion and have a workplace where those differences can thrive and be leveraged to empower the lives of our employees, patients and customers.We are looking for: Brazil Supply Chain Projects - VIE Contract (W/M)Target start date: 01/01/2024**Responsibilities**:- Lead the Transformation Projects pipeline implementation and ensure right level of prioritization- Support dissemination of Digital and Transformation mindset within the Supply Chain organization- Streamline processes and propose improvement initiatives, ensuring its execution on time and quality- Be a guardian of our Supply Chain data quality and be the point of contact for data management and related topics- Optimize local tools and dashboards to ensure right level of end user experience- Develop reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring- Drive local tools and ensure no duplication with global ones, always seeking for optimizing efforts and leverage from deployment of global and regional tools and processes- Benchmark with market best practices to internalize- Lead automatization initiatives in the IBP (Integrated Business Plan), Customer Care and Distribution process to contribute to the simplification and reduction of the workload- Support with KPIs tracking, define actions to improve performance, and help to stablish a successful governance- Work closely to the SC leads to ensure alignment to the strategy and objectives**Requirements**:- Experience with project management and ability to manage different people and priorities at the same time- Strong analytical skills and business acumen- Strong communication and influencing skills to deal with stakeholders from different levels- Proficient working with Excel and Power BI, able to build smart reports and visuals from scratch- Fluent in English- Portuguese and/or Spanish is considered a plus- Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field degreeAt Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
