Position Overvi ew:
We are looking for a talented and driven
Marketing Analyst
to join our small marketing team.
This role will be focused on content and campaign creation and management, helping us generate leads, nurture prospects, and boost our brand awareness across Brazil and Hispanic LATAM.
You'll be working directly with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.
Given our lean resources, your work will be crucial in building our marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop engaging and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, case studies, infographics, video scripts, and email marketing materials.
Interview in-house and external experts to create thought-leadership pieces and high-value content.
Campaign Management:
Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging HubSpot to automate and optimize workflows.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, bringing insights to the team to iterate and improve.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop sales materials and nurturing content, such as presentations, email templates, and sales guides.
Organic Growth & SEO:
Focus on organic content growth strategies, ensuring content ranks well and attracts the right audience.
Implement SEO best practices and optimize content for search engines to drive traffic and engagement.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with sales, customer success, and product teams to understand market needs and align content efforts accordingly.
Be proactive in suggesting creative solutions to improve our content and campaigns.
Qualifications :
Experience:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and ERP is a must.
Proven experience in content creation and campaign management.
Familiarity with SEO and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) is a must.
Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Data-driven approach with the ability to measure and report on campaign success.
Highly adaptable, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
"Get-stuff-done" attitude with a commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
B2B marketing experience.
SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Knowledge of multiple industries such as healthcare and manufacturing industries terminology and trends
