Maintain and develop the bug management process. Actively monitor incoming bugs and identify and provide metrics/statistics to measure the inflow and resolution of defects on a weekly basis. Monitor the progress of the defect resolution and actively drive the solution of open bugs with the responsible development teams and customer. Co-ordinate the defect leakage analysis with different stakeholders and bring improvements. Data collection and regular reporting to management and customers, key KPIs include bug burndown, bug aging etc. Coordinate the customer for the customer reported defects and monitor the lifecycle. Daily meeting moderation with customer and internal stakeholders. Bug Dashboard creation and maintenance. Keeping MAN03 and MAN06 documents updated and adhering to ASPICE guidelines. Requirements: Willingness and authority to drive problems to a solution. Must have the ability to operate under intense time pressure. Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills. Responsible, independent, and structured way of working. Experience/background in project management or team leadership is a plus. Experience & knowledge of Automotive and has passion for electric vehicles. Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
