The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills, customer-facing experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesPerform business analysis to support the deployment of Personetics Solutions.Lead/perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation, and issue impact analysis.Perform statistical analysis and tune the model set.Respond to business and functional requirement requests.Design and write functional specs for customer requirements.Support the implementation team during user acceptance testing.Work closely with business and technology units.Research, analyze, and organize big data from both technical and business perspectives.Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs.Requirements3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential (Portuguese and English).Hands-on experience in SQL.Experience with data mining/designing analytical models.Statistics/data modeling/analytical background.Experience writing detailed specifications.Team-oriented and yet able to work independently.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.Personetics is offering an attractive salary package and benefits, long-lasting career opportunities, a remote working setup, and the chance to join a global market leader in the exciting FinTech industry.
