The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic insights to key stakeholders. Requirements Including, but not limited to: Lead, determine and develop use requirements for systems, ensuring all team members are aware of what is required of them at any given time. Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments and functions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. Share and collaborate with the PMO team on best practices, fostering professional development between the team members and setting up the function for further success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive projects to completion. Manage individual projects, developing strategies, identifying KPI's and levers, ensuring best practice adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function, optimising processes and enhancing efficiency. About You Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology (optional) Hold a Project Manager certification or similar. Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development Proven analytical abilities. Experience in generating process documentation and reports. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio. Proven ability to manage projects and user testing. Extensive experience with data visualization. High proficiency in technical writing.
