In this position you will be responsible for:
Monitor and manage the sales performance of rental car companies, identifying opportunities to boost revenue and market share.
Continuously analyze the car rental market to uncover new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Analyze partners' products, services, and pricing across channels, implementing actions to improve our competitiveness.
Oversee partner performance metrics, including availability, WS performance, Quality Reviews, complaint resolution, financial status, and commission payments.
Provide partners with performance reports and insights to support joint strategies and market positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Growth) to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Manage partner integration processes, including expansion, support, and registration of new locations or categories.
Analyze market indicators and prepare high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What we expect from you (experience, hard and soft skills):
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Proven experience in B2B commercial relationships, preferably within the travel or car rental industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) - and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of proactivity, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
