Business Analyst - It

Minimum RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.Required skill(s): database management systems and querying languages.ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews with users as part of the systems analysis stage of systems development.Coordinate with users in preparing data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams.Analyze user output requirements, present system process flow, DFD, and ERD in preparation for data modeling activity.Prepare program specifications for the proposed system including screen and report prototypes.Convey program specifications to programmers for development, or if necessary, handle coding of complex application programs.Prepare system-level test scripts and test data.Conduct system-level testing and ensure output requirements are obtained accurately.Lead project team in conducting user training programs.Ensure procedures for backup and recovery for all deployed/implemented programs per application system assigned.QualificationsGraduate of BS in Information Technology majoring in Business Analytics or any related courses.Knowledge of database management systems and querying languages.Understanding of software development technologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and specifications.Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.Ability to communicate effectively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.Experience in software tools commonly used in business analysis such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, LucidChart, Trello, and Microsoft Visio.Additional InfoFull-time position available.Number of vacancies: 1.#J-18808-Ljbffr
