ITTConnect is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the PEGA platform to work remotely for a client in the US.
This is a long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, cable TV).
Job location : Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil .

All interviews will be in English only (must be professionally fluent) Responsibilities : Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with internal client stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts, etc.
Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
Need excellent facilitation skills, need to have a technical background, PM experience managing multiple projects, be able to create and manage project plans, understand basic business financials.
Requirements: Minimum 12 years of IT experience Knowledge of one or more functional areas within PEGA (workflow, CRM, etc) .
Proven experience as a Business/Technical Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
Strong functional understanding of workflow tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements.
Create and manage epics, stories, and tasks in Jira.
Facilitate sprint planning using Jira's Agile boards.
Experience working with both onshore and offshore development and QA teams.
Experience in coordinating between clients and offshore teams.
Must review technical deliverables from offshore and coordinate with the client.
Communication : Excellent communication skills.
Industry Experience : Candidates with experience working on call center or customer care projects in the telecom sector will be preferred.
