Previous experience as SAP Success Factors Key User LGPD or compliance experience BPM - Business Process Modeling experience Spanish is a plus  Soft skills Multicultural management Strong communication skills Knowledge sharing Negotiation skills Adaptability Relationship management Analytical skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Reading the environment   Degree Graduated or higher Provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recrutiment & Onboarding during the past 5 years OR Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC; Strong knowledge of end to end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes Being hands on and a good Team player Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in his/her own abilities, adapt well and work in a structured way   Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary.
Able to propose solutions to problems/risks Fluent in English
