Proficiency in Zoho Suite (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, etc.) with experience in Deluge scripting, custom actions, and API integrations. A solid understanding of business operations, client requirements, and the ability to design tailored solutions. Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and no-code platforms. Experience interacting with clients, gathering business requirements, and delivering optimized solutions. Availability to work in U.S. time zones (with occasional work in European Time zones) What You'll Be Doing: Analyzing business needs and implementing efficient processes using the Zoho Suite. Developing and customizing Zoho Creator applications, managing workflows, and using Deluge scripting to streamline operations. Configuring and customizing Zoho CRM to enhance sales and marketing automation, analytics, and workflows. Designing and implementing client scripts and API-based integrations to connect Zoho applications with external tools. Customizing Zoho Desk for customer support operations, creating workflows, and setting up multi-department support portals. Collaborating with clients to understand their goals, document requirements, and deliver effective, end-to-end Zoho solutions. Building and deploying Zoho chatbots using Zobot and creating custom dashboards in Zoho Analytics for actionable insights.
