Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the digital, Omni-channel team that's driving our huge commercial transformation.Accountabilities:Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth.Ensure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of PMFTC products in the outlets.Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities.Develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets.Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sales.Skills and Competencies:Should be a graduate of any 4-year course.With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission.Strong interpersonal skills and knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.Field sales exposure is an advantage.With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives.Work Location: Tanauan Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by Tanauan Sales Office (Batangas, Laguna).Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM.Our above market practice on Compensation & Benefits provide you with:Guaranteed 14th month pay.HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents.PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement.Retirement Plan.Leave Conversion.At PMI, we are fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
