**What are you going to do?**
A Business Controller (BU Controller) is responsible for overseeing and analysing the financial operations of a specific business unit within Royal A-ware. Your primary goal is to ensure that financial and operational decisions align with the organization's strategic objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the factory's financial performance, including cost analysis, revenue, and profit margins.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop accurate budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring expenses stay within the approved budget.
- Cost Control: Implement processes to control operational and production costs, optimizing resource use.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant regulations.
- Decision Support: Provide financial analysis to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact operations.
Process Optimization: Propose improvements to financial and operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Supervise and control inventory levels to balance production and demand.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated financial management.
- KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor relevant KPIs.
**Who are you?**
**Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production, especially in food or dairy products.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP or M3).
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English (C1), both spoken and written.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; adaptability to dynamic environments.
