Experience in program or project management
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Partner Acquisition and Onboarding Analyst to be a part of the team that drives the expansion of the Hub DP (Hub Distribution Partner) network across the country.
The DP Hub structure is an AMZL hybrid operation that uses partner small companies to carry out AMZL's urban logistics in high-risk, low-density and remote areas, through the use of AMZL's main technologies and processes, aiming for the best service in the category to our customers in Brazil.
This position is a Program Manager that will support Hub Operations expansion by planning marketing and partner recruiting campaigns and the management of incentives for partners. As Partner Acquisition and Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring partner acquisition and onboarding progress and adjusting overall program planning based on results. You will also oversee the development and execution of training during the onboarding process, and makes recommendations for improvements while expanding the network.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement scouting strategies for scouting Hub Partners
- Monitor partner acquisition and onboarding progress in a regular basis solving issues that arise
- Oversee the development and execution of training during the onboarding process
- Work together with Hub partners to develop incentive strategies and keep them engaged
- Onboard Hub Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools
- Manage and/or coordinate with 3P vendors who support these functions
- 30% of time available for travel

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
