Amazon's Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Business Developer to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers, which means third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. There are currently 64 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 10 different partners, and the 2024 plan is to reach more than 100 nodes. The EDSP Business Developer is responsible for hunting new partners and following the onboarding process until the new EDSPs are launched. He/she will ensure all partners have an outstanding onboarding experience, working closely with Amazon teams in Procurement, Project Management, and Jurisdiction, to mention a few. We expect our team members to identify ways to continually improve our operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process of new EDSPs until their launch.
Partner with Purchasing and Program Management Teams on the identification and development of potential new partners, looking for new opportunities for volume increase and cost reduction for AMZL.
Partner with PMO on the launches' planning per task and stakeholder, assuring the committed timing and cost.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in Logistics and Transportation.
Experience in Project Management.
