Aquaculture Business Development and Sales Manager – BrazilRole: ContractLocation: Brazil (Flexible) About Us: Shrimpl is a leading provider of digital infrastructure analytical solutions for the aquaculture producer and feed mill industry. We are dedicated to transforming producers' traditional data management and operations, as well as feed mill sales and service models, into modern & sustainable ones. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency and profitability of commercial aquaculture producers and feed mills through innovative technology and comprehensive support.Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager with proven sales experience to lead our business in Brazil. This role involves working closely with medium and large commercial aquaculture producers and feed mills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial aquaculture and feed mill industry, particularly in shrimp and fish production. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.• Identify and engage with potential clients within the aquaculture and feed mill sectors.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.• Provide clients with comprehensive product and service information, demonstrating how Shrimpl's solutionsmeet their specific needs.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.• Assist in the data collection, analysis and migration to Shrimpl services.• Training the mentoring users of the SaaS based platform.• Monitor market trends, stakeholder activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aquaculture, or a related field.• Proven experience in business development or sales within the aquaculture sales, feed sales, or related industry.• In-depth knowledge of shrimp and fish production processes.• Strong technology, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.• Willingness to travel within Brazil.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and very strong performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional growth and development and travel.- Globally supportive and collaborative work environment.- A leading and influential role in a forward-thinking global company making a positive impact on the aquaculture industry on a global scale.How to Apply:If you are passionate about aquaculture and have a proven track record in business development and closing sales, we would love to hear from you!
