About the Role: This key role will focus on expanding the company's presence in Brazil, particularly in the Sao Paulo region, by driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in ocean and air freight, import/export, and customs brokerage services. Identify and secure new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to offer clients innovative and competitive solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of the business. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries. Strong expertise in ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and import/export services. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Established network within the Brazilian logistics and transportation sectors. Proven success in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term client partnerships. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Location: This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with flexibility for remote work options.
