**Job Description**:
**1. Purpose**
Primary contact with clients, providing new business solutions, overall support, brand orientation, products and services. Main responsibility to create and sustain conditions to increase market penetration in Brazil based on those relationships.
Position based in Brasília-DF.
**2. Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area**
Business Development with Client
- Implement and leverage the performance of VISA products with clients either corporate or individual bodies - through the ongoing relationship with the teams and VISA executive group,
- Control and monitor the Key Performance Indicators of client, by constantly analyzing and planning new alternatives / business opportunities,
- Develop and implement plans that enable more business profitability - by client and products/services,
- Offer customer service and conduct alternatives for solving problems,
- Suggest and analyze service levels applied and offered to the Clients.
Visa Brazil's Team
- Develop implementation plans for new projects alongside Products, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other Teams, performing feasibility analysis, in order to leverage the business of VISA and Clients,
- Interaction and follow-up with Products, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other Teams in order to meet clients' needs and manage Visa projects.
**3. Strategic Nature, Mgmt Accountability, & Scope**
Execute short and long term plans for his/her Clients. Ensure that such plans adhere to Visa objectives of increasing Clients' profitability, strengthening the partnerships and also being in conformity with Visa overall strategy.
**4. Decision Making & Complexity**
Bring information from the Clients to contribute with the decisions processes related to the routine matters or market moves. Negotiate with other Teams of Visa to establish better solutions for the Clients.
**5. Financial & Organizational Scope**
Accountable for Clients' P&L for all products and meeting challenging goals.
**6. Reporting Relationships & Interactions**
Interact with all people within the organization, including Business Development co-workers, Finance, Products, CSS and Marketing Teams, as well as Latin America Region Teams.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
8. Required Experience
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Skills - Professional/Technical/Business
- Financial industry background
- Analytical skills (ability to identify trends, forecast etc)
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
9. Preferred Experience
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

- Proficient in the English language and Spanish as a plus
