We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.


Main responsibilitiesResponsible for identifying growth and expansion opportunities for the company, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, expand market reach and strengthen commercial partnerships.Drive business growth by identifying and negotiating strategic opportunities that drive the company's success.Develop international B2B business, prospect and develop leads.Identify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities through market research, networking, participation in events and other lead generation initiatives.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Carry out market analysis and evaluate trends to identify new business opportunities, market niches for expansion, product and process improvements.Act consultatively on solutions and enable business with international companies.Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential customers to close new deals and expand the customer base.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers and business partners, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.Stay up to date with trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and the company's specific industry.Monitor and analyze sales performance and business development metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth goals.Carry out the onboarding process, adapting to the specific needs of each client, facilitating a smooth and quick transition to the adoption of our platform. Requirements and skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, and related areas.);Previous experience in business/commercial areas;Technical knowledge in negotiation;Advanced Office Package;Ease of data analysis;Advanced English;Analytical profile;Attention to the details;Excellent communication.Nice to have: Experience in managing the commercial area in the segments of Financial Institutions, Acquiring, sub-acquiring or payment method companies.Intermediate Portuguese Additional informationBenefits: USD 200,00 monthly allowance for meals;Comissioning bonus that is being structured;Yearly bonus.
