Our client is a B2B iGaming software company that has developed a cutting-edge betting platform. On their behalf we are actively seeking a talented B2B Sales Manager to join their team and work at the Brazilian market. Responsibilities:
Offering insights into clients' business models and guiding them to understand the company's processes and workflows effectively. Overseeing service delivery across relevant teams to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual agreements. Facilitating knowledge transfer, both internally and to clients. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs within the company. Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Thorough understanding of the company's products and identifying new opportunities. Requirements:
Prior experience in the iGaming industry within the B2B sector is a MUST. Strong background in account management or sales is essential. Experience in LATAM Proven experience in engaging with C-Level executives and stakeholder partners. Availability to travel.
