Main Responsibilities and Key Results Area
Business Development with Client
- Implement and leverage the POS Volume and VAS with client, through the ongoing relationship with the teams and VISA executive group.
Support client to achieve the market growth objectives.
- Offer customer service and conduct alternatives for solving problems.
- Control and monitor the Key Performance Indicators of client by product, making analysis of feedback and planning new alternatives and possibilities of business.
- Develop and implement plans that enable the increase of client business profitability by product.
- Suggest and analyze service levels applied and offered to the Client, discussing the parameterization of systems and other actions that allow them the operationalization of these products and services.
Visa Brazil's Team
- Develop implementation plans for new projects along with Products, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other Teams, making analysis of viability, in order to offer the best way to leverage the business of VISA and Client.
- Interaction and follow-up with Products, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other Teams as to meet the needs of Clients by participating on the direction to solve problems.
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
