Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate the Life Science segment within Latin America with Software Solutions (SaaS).Identify and prioritize key target markets and potential clients, leveraging market research and industry knowledge.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, decision-makers, and potential clients.Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes impacting the Life Science sector in Latin America.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, sales performance, and pipeline progress to senior management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue potential.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, solutions, and support to address their business challenges effectively.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the industrial software (SaaS) for Life Science industry.Deep understanding of the Life Science sector, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.Experience in opening new markets and expanding business operations within Latin America; familiarity with the region's cultural nuances and business practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently within Latin America as needed (approximately 50% travel expected).
