We are looking for a talented and driven Portuguese/Spanish speaking Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Latin American market and a proven track record in iGaming to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key member of our Commercial Directorate, working directly with the Head of Partner Management and the Chief Sales and Partner Management Officer. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your extensive network and market knowledge to enhance and expand our partnerships with existing casinos in the Latin American region. You will also be responsible for driving growth and increasing Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) through strategic sales and partner management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, utilizing your network and industry insights to drive project development and optimize GGR. Market Strategy: Leverage your deep understanding of the Latin American iGaming market to tailor strategies that align with regional trends and opportunities. Networking: Attend regional industry events to discover and engage with potential new partners, later on to be introduced to the Sales team as well as to nurture and strengthen relationships with current partners. Project Development: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance their business performance and drive mutual growth. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on partner performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development or Partner Management role within the iGaming industry, with a specific focus on game providers. Market Knowledge: Proven expertise in the Latin American iGaming market, including a robust network of industry contacts and partners. Location: Based in Latin America, ideally Brazil, with the ability to work remotely. Travel: Willingness to travel to Armenia once a quarter, if needed. Languages: Spanish/Portuguese, English Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
