Overview:
Responsible for the management and sales of all products in their assigned Business portfolio.
Identification of product opportunities to achieve defined sales targets in Brazil.
Essential Responsibilities:
Meet individual assigned market revenue budget annual/monthly
Meet individual KPI's for assigned market as agreed upon Leads, Quotations, close ratio, visits, consultants, testimonials, Client Managers
Conduct visits/presentations to both prospects and existing clients
Generate consultancy relationships
Maintain positive customer relations
Time and territory management
Generate own leads through prospecting and networking
Attend BSI public training courses in territory to develop prospect leads
Attend tradeshows, seminars, conferences, symposiums to local organizations and committees, representing products and services in a truthful, professional and ethical fashion
Use the required tools for the job; they are using the sales database, point global and Outlook.
Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
Provide proposal assistance to ensure BSI is well positioned and competitive
Ensure good practices regarding care for the environment, health and safety for everyone in the workplace, respecting the company's guidelines.
