?Your objective is to manage and close sales deals, help us defining and executing our sales acquisition strategy; identify key sales channels and establish pivotal business partnerships; implement automated, optimized and scalable sales processes; identify key corporate and customer needs.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Manage and close sales deals with leads coming from the main distribution channels (Website, Airbnb, Vivareal, Empresa importante, Corporate Housing Partners, Corporates);Help define and implement our sales strategy;Identify, source, negotiate, close and manage partnerships with key corporates and business partners, to drive corporate and customer growth;Source, identify and activate online and offline sales channels;Help design and implement internal automated, optimized and scalable sales processes;Identify key customer needs and work closely with the product and renovation team to implement them;Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get yourhands dirty

Requisitos e qualificações

A track record in sales in fast-growing companies, managing sales and handling customer support;Previously experience in Hotels market and prop tech startups will be a plus;Great communication and negotiation skills;A broad network that you can use to connect with highly relevant companies and the skills to grow your network;Fluent / Advanced in English.
