Position: HashKey Group – Global Exchange - Business Development (KOL)
Type: Full-time Remote
Compensation : Base salary + commission
Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and establish strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Campaign Development: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with KOLs to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential KOLs that align with HashKey Global's brand and growth objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL-driven campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, webinars, and live sessions with KOLs to promote HashKey Global's offerings and engage with the crypto community.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with KOLs to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives traffic to our platform.
Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the crypto and blockchain KOL community.
• Proficient in using analytical tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
