Job Title: Business Development Manager City: Mexico or Brazil Work Model: Hybrid Clevel: C41 As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for drive business development in the meat industry, plant based dairy and meat alternatives space in line with the campus growth strategy in all business lines, you contribute to value propositions in close collaboration with LATAM regions and segments and drive when it comes to area's of synergy , you support customer visits, as a linking pin you make connections and create alignment between business development, innovation and sales in different parts of TTH in all Americas. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. Your key responsibilities Drive new business development in the meat market and plant-based space for all dsm-firmenich solutions with customer intimacy at core and in strong alignment with LATAM regions/segments, being the linking pin. Contribute to and maintain value propositions with taste and ingredient solutions teams, including market-relevant insights & demo's, drive when it comes to areas of synergy Contribute to the meat and plant based regional strategy with regions, segments, based on insights of the key customer needs, pain points & desired solutions. Drive with TTH team to build the pipeline and challenge pipeline development. Act as ambassador to promote TTH meat and plant-based solutions to the relevant stakeholders and ensure proper project/opportunity follow-up, pulling in the right resources/expertise present in the company. Attend customer meetings where required, in close collaboration with TTH sales team, focusing on solutions. Work with the application teams in the platform, on concepts and training programs for the sales organization Act as a launch manager, driving solutions, supporting in innovation deployment. Drive marketing activities and give direction to the global marketing manager on marketing materials, promotions, campaigns, for all TTH Solutions Participate to the organization of trade shows and events, make proposals as to where the Meat and Plant Based Platform should be present and ensure proper visibility, application demos, etc. Propose streams and WoW to connect the different parts of the organization including our LATAM sales teams. Build and own the meat and plant-based action plan in close collaboration with LATAM regions and segments, Raise external and internal awareness and desire to work with full portfolio. You Bring Bachelor/Masters in Food Technology of Business. Experience in Sales/Technical Sales Position in Food Industry. Experience in Strategy is a plus. Being able to speak Fluent Spanish and Advanced English is required. Strong technical understanding. Strong commercial drive. Strategic & analytical thinking. Able to convince/influence others. Strong ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, in different matrices in Ingredient Solutions, Taste, Innovation, R&D and Sales. We Bring A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers.
