Between Collective, a creative agency headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely from Brazil. This role focuses on generating leads, handling discovery calls, and onboarding new clients, with a particular emphasis on clients requiring web development services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and secure new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance networks, focusing on potential clients with web development needs. Discovery Calls: Lead discovery calls with prospects to understand their business goals and propose relevant services offered by Between Collective. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to our creative and web development teams. Collaboration with Creative & Web Development Teams: Work closely with our creative designers and developers to ensure that client needs are met, particularly for web development projects. Proposal Writing: Draft customized proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing Between Collective's expertise in creative services and web development. Sales Metrics & Reporting: Track lead generation, conversion rates, and other KPIs to measure the success of outreach efforts and optimize strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in business development , ideally within a creative agency or web development firm. Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance or business networks for lead generation. Strong understanding of web development concepts , with a preference for experience in Webflow. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the Lisbon HQ. Fluency in English is required. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience in Webflow for web development. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or other workflow management platforms.
