We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Brazil. Key Responsibilities Sales and Market Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the Brazilian fertilizer market. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and align with company goals. Negotiate and finalize CFR sales agreements in line with management guidelines. Gather and report real-time market intelligence, including pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements. Monitor the agricultural landscape in Brazil, including farm-level activities and supply-demand trends, providing periodic updates to the management. Design and establish an in-country distribution model for fertilizers, ensuring seamless delivery and market coverage. Act as the Brand Ambassador for Indorama in Brazil, enhancing brand visibility and credibility. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with blenders, distributors, cooperatives, and other key stakeholders. Understand customer needs to deliver tailored fertilizer solutions. Proactively address customer queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Management from a reputable business school. Proven track record in sales and business development within the fertilizer or agribusiness sectors. Deep knowledge of the Brazilian agricultural market, including distribution channels and customer dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate market complexities.
