About the Role: As our Business Development Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across various platforms and industries. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities: KOL Identification & Outreach: Research and identify relevant KOLs across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo, etc.) based on target audience, niche, and brand alignment. Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to establish meaningful connections with potential KOLs. Partnership Development & Management: Negotiate and manage partnerships with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations. Develop and implement campaign strategies that leverage KOLs' influence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with KOLs to develop engaging and high-quality content that resonates with their audience. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics related to KOL performance and campaign effectiveness. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to internal stakeholders. Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and relevant industries. Proactively identify emerging platforms and KOLs with potential for impactful collaborations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in BA, marketing, finance or related field Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationships with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem; Passionate about the world of Blockchain and Web3; Is self-driven, feels passionate about making impacts where the rules are undefined – listening to the market on what is needed and finding ways to execute and make impact; With the ability to analyze sales figures and write reports; Benefits: Part-time work also welcome Competitive salary and benefits package.
