C1 English level or higher required* Profile The Strategic Partnership Sales Development Representative is a key participant in the Sales department responsible for nurturing and converting referrals generated through our strategic partnerships.
Your primary responsibility will be to maximize opportunities from these inbound referrals and foster strong relationships with our partners.
What you will do: Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses (mandatory) Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients Responsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %'s, monthly quotas etc.
Focus on converting inbound referrals from our preferred referral partners.
Communicate with our trusted partners daily, while keeping our brand image top of mind Consistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal form Track and manage upwards of 50+ prospects at different stages of the sales cycle Stay current with industry trends to understand market dynamic Responsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the business What we're looking for: Diploma required, college degree preferred 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience delivering Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.
