**Your future responsibilities**:
- Management, training and development of Recruitment team;
- Development of Recruitment strategies with the team adding valuable market inputs;
- Manage relationship with current clients to delivery successfully our services;
- Manage the team performance and KPIs;
- Organize and prioritize effectively recruitment processes to ensure deadlines and quality according to Pacifica's standards;
- Develop new clients and new business with current clients.
**Requirements**:
- Solid experience in Recruitment Business - Headhunting companies;
- Leadership experiences in recruitment;
- Sales experience prospecting clients and developing accounts;
- Experience managing relationship with clients (C-levels, Directors and HRs);
- Strong communication and relationship skills;
- Performance oriented.
Hands-on and ambitious profile;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with a lot of autonomy;
- Complete Bachelor Degree;
- Advanced English.
- Adapted to the hybrid work model (up to three presential days a week).
