Business Operations Analyst (Analista Pleno)The Account Operations team is responsible for enabling accounts to plug revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency through administrative assistance, automation for account operational efficiency, and insightful data.The mission of the Business Operations Analyst is to improve processes that enable a smooth and highly professional operation of the account.You will work with the client leadership team, delivery managers, and clients to create robust and scalable processes for staffing, people support, financial tracking and forecasting, invoicing, time and expenses tracking and review.Job ResponsibilitiesTimesheet reconciliations.Budget tracking and PO burn.Pairing with Account Receivable for Invoice generation.Onboarding/Offboarding in client systems.Account/Market KPIs reviews.Job QualificationsTechnical SkillsEnglish is a Must: ability to communicate effectively in English for presentations and to pair with team members outside of the LATAM region.Proficiency in Analysis Tools: Knowledge of tools such as Excel.Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret and analyze complex data to make informed decisions.Data Visualization: Skill in creating charts and dashboards that facilitate understanding of data.Spanish is a Plus: Knowledge of Spanish is an additional advantage.Professional SkillsEffective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders, tailoring the message as needed.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders.Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and constantly seek improvements.Results-Oriented: Commitment to achieving objectives and goals, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changes and new challenges quickly.Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, valuing the contributions of all members.Attention to Detail: Careful attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality in the work performed.
