Strategic position dedicated to driving growth, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing overall business efficiency. The role encompasses both management and leadership perspectives to ensure sustainable business development and exceptional customer experiences.
**Your role**:
- Drive business development initiatives and strategic opportunities to expand market presence and revenue stream that result in mid-long-term growth.
- Oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure efficient conversion of leads into opportunities and ultimately into sales, as well as conduct detailed analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage portfolio development from new products introduction to product phase-out strategies, including also installed base management and pricing.
- Establish and maintain a regular cadence for evaluating sales organization performance, focusing on boosting current team member´s development and ensure that they are continuously enhancing their capabilities.
- Enhance customer experience through targeted initiatives and customer focused strategies.

**You're the right fit if**:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business management or health related areas.
- You have acquired 10+ years of **experience within the healthcare industry,** specifically in the **commercial business**, including P&L management incl. revenue and margin management and a field role of which minimum of 5+ years of in **people management **ideally in a flow business model **(Diagnostic Imaging)**
- Your skills include** results oriented,** ability to **find solutions **to difficult or complex issues, networking & collaboration, talent scouting, learning, storytelling, **data driven decision making**, formulating clear vision & **strategy**, risk taking and **adaptability**, proven track record of **effective communication with C-level**, ability to build and nurture **effective relationships** within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market and cross-markets.
