**Job Profile / Activities**:
This position partners with our global pricing community, our pricing and quote to cash operations team and our technical support teams, to ensure operation, support and continuous improvement of our discounting, inventory and orders reporting processes.
This Business Analyst II position supports our global discount request and approval process (Global Sales Variance Tool), orders reporting for Dealers (Customer Solutions Quoter) and price planning and analytics processes (Feature to Material and Price Action Tool).
As commercial owner of these processes, you will work closely with our pricing community, quote to cash teams and Dealers to define requirements, design business processes, source internal and external vendor development and support, and oversee operations and continuous improvement of these commercial processes.
You will help drive an easy to do business with culture, and add value to business decision making through delivering good customer experience, process and analytics.
- Establish a network of pro-active working relationships with our Pricing and Quote to Cash teams.
- Co-define business process design and requirements for discounting, pricing support, inventory and inquiry processes that meet business, customer experience and compliance requirements.
- Source and project manage development and delivery of new system functionality to deliver business results.
- Lead strategy and business development conversation to drive continuous improvement in these processes.
- Establish and oversee support processes for tools within this portfolio.
- Ensure customer and business partner feedback regarding process and tool health and needs.
- Learn existing business processes and stay current with commercial changes.
- Manage Stakeholder feedback and engagement.
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor's Degree
**Experience**:5+ years experience in SAP and / or Salesforce workflow and transaction processes (specifically Order to Cash)
**Language**:Pre Advanced English
**Travel**:Periodic travel is expected 5-10% of the time

**Work time/Shift**:9am to 6pm
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Experience in order management processes
- Demonstrated track record of development and delivery of business process automation with successful adoption
- Awareness of or experience with commercial engine product line offering, Industries, Dealers and distribution processes
- Experience working across multiple disciplines (example - IT, Accounting, Marketing, Pricing, etc) to define simplified standard processes that improves transaction integrity and reduces manual work
