The BPX needs to ensure that Indirect Tax requirements from cross-functional business processes are accurately represented in the Indirect tax reporting solutions.Responsibilities:Understand the LAA work processes that trigger Indirect tax determination, like Purchasing, Planning, and Order to Cash.Understand the Indirect Tax laws of the respective countries for which the BPX/SME is accountable or have a network of Indirect Tax specialists.Proficient in the technical landscape, including ECC, Reporting, Thomson Reuters Indirect Tax determination, Synchro, NFe, and compliance.Perform work process support by resolving ServiceNow (production support) tickets.Provide technical resolution support and perform root cause analyses cross-functionally.Create defects with findings on root causes and perform necessary configurations.Test new configurations with applicable test scenarios.Validate system changes after migration to production.Work with global IT teams for complex system solutions.Facilitate education for new team members in PTP, OTC, Planning, and Finance regarding Indirect Tax.Participate in M&A or divestiture projects to provide Indirect Tax expertise.Document work processes and systems for Indirect Tax.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Indirect Tax, Accounting or related field.5 years of relevant experience.Strong software skills and knowledge of SAP, Windows applications.Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:Strong analytical skills.Team player with the ability to work independently.To apply:Sign in or create your account.
