Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation.The Business Process Owner must be involved deeply in the strategy, purpose, and targets of the business, participating in business definitions, aiming for productivity increase, standardization, digitalization, and innovation.Work as a liaison between the business/end users and the IT team, identifying business requirements, analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.Make recommendations for solutions and improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.Research business requirements and document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).Translate business requirements into application requirements for the IT application manager and follow the projects together with IT.Responsibilities may include managing projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision, and coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals, guiding the business to improve processes with a critical and strategic vision.Responsibilities:Understand all E2E processes from business to be able to act proactively, suggesting improvements in processes, collecting requisites, desires, necessities, and clarifying all doubts from users, aiming for cost reduction, improved lead time, improved quality, reduced inventory, etc.Lead improvement projects – be a local key user to implement local and global projects to improve processes.Be the site SPOC (single point of contact) for all global demands and initiatives related to processes.Define the queue and priorities and follow the execution of applications demands from business together with the IT application manager.Be a bridge between business and IT, representing business in IT discussions.Factory process documentation - Create and keep manuals of processes updated, with flows, inputs/outputs between areas.Provide training for end users on process definitions and legacy applications.Your Background:• Degree: Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar / Production Engineering
