PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors extensions and/or integrations for cross industries. As SAP Success Factors integrations consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of innovative products in SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for delivering cloud integrations and technical services. A Human Resources ABAP Background is required to support Success Factors integrations with Human Capital Management Payroll. Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to Customers.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Solid experience with Human Resources ABAP Programming skills and/or Cloud Platform Integration with integration experience on Human Resources and Payroll.Good knowledge of integration techniques provided by SAP, such as RFC SDK, ALE/IDOC, and BAPI Business Objects library.Strong understanding of the Business process and ERP functionality for the features/modules.Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API, and configurations.Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Experience in integrating third-party applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration, NetWeaver PI, and knowledge of Java, XML, or OOD methodologies is an added advantage.Good presentation and communication skills.Strong command of the English language (Portuguese is a plus).Able to work in an intercultural team.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy integrations/applications for customers.Ability to lead a team from a technical perspective and enable effective communication between the team and the stakeholders.Deep understanding of the SuccessFactors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers.Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point in time.Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.EDUCATION Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent degree.
