We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Lead to oversee the management and successful execution of our in-housing project in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the local market.
This role requires not only managing project oversight but also being hands-on in executing tasks, documenting processes, and leading change management efforts to ensure our in-housing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Project Planning and Management: - Develop comprehensive project plans that include detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.

Stakeholder Engagement: - Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, updates, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Hands-On Execution: - Step in to perform project tasks as needed to ensure project continuity and success, including technical and administrative work.
- Provide direct support to team members and fill gaps where necessary to maintain project momentum.

Resource Coordination: - Manage and coordinate the efforts of the project team, including internal staff and external vendors.
- Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped to meet project objectives.
5.
Budget Management: - Develop and manage the project budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management.

Risk Management: - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed.
7.
Process Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed documentation of project processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders.

Change Management: - Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during the in-housing process.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of changes on the organization and project teams, and to ensure business continuity during migration.
9.
Continuous Improvement: - Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in project management.
10.
Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications: 1.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
2.
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the Brazilian market.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian Tax and Accounting localizations, with a solid understanding of Client's system landscape considered a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Extensive experience in process documentation and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
