About the Role: Operational responsible for making pre-quote, supporting the portfolio of renewals and issuances of policies and endorsements of Surety, as well as providing service to brokers and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the underwriting team in the day-to-day demands and administrative processes; Service and support to brokers to provide a quality service; Follow up on demands; Management of processes and internal controls; Process analysis to help the business and develop improvements for the team. Definition of requirements and participation in tests to support systemic development. 1-3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations/underwriting. General knowledge and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, whether in operations or underwriting. Technical Skills
Office Package – Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus); Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company; Knowledge in Workflow; Customer Service; Graduated or studying: Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management or Actuarial Science.
