- Support all business forecasting, estimating and monitoring the annual and monthly budget.
- Provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.
- Works closely with BI to maximize better use of available information, developing data-backed business strategies
- Hands on spreadsheet modeling, needs to be able to create new ways of Business Modelling and Simulations
- Prepare presentations reports and Dashboard to Directors & C-level
- Mid exposure to Directors, Country Heads and Global Team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree: Business, Economics or Engineering
- Strong analytical mindset with technical ability
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- MBA or Post-graduation preferred
- Minimum 4 years of meaningful professional experience
- Strong in Business Modelling
- Advanced Excel skills.
SQL skills would be very helpful.
Python is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
- Passion to work in a fast-paced
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
