**Primary Purposa of Position**:
**Essential Functions**:
- Responsible for developing, defining, and documenting business requirements that describe the business need and solution scope, and communicate them effectively to IT and business stakeholders
- Remain up to date of Supply Chain technology trends, opportunities, compliance, and regulatory requirement
- Provide process expertise to others to understand the impact of system enhancements on the company's processes and to understand how system functions and processes will generate the intended outcomes for business
- Collaborate with solution architects, adhering to enterprise architectural frameworks and roadmaps to design processes, systems, and information/data architectures
- Build and maintain an in depth knowledge of the Supply Chain processes, systems, and data
- Responsible for writing functional specifications that can be used by solutions/systems engineers to support the creation of technical designs and delivery of business and technical requirements
- Manage and coordinate changes and conduct various testing cycles with integration partners
- Generate test scenarios and scripts, perform unit and functional testing, and coordinate Integration, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are satisfied and proper documentation is produced
- Ensure proper training, change management, transition, and cutover plans are developed and executed to ensure proper user adoption and minimize business disruption
- Provide project management support for small/medium size projects, being responsible for project planning and execution of work required, including issue management and status reporting
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing stakeholders and partners at all levels.
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the division, the group, and the company.
Includes ability to handle stress and to interact with others so as to establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment and minimize personal conflicts.
**Position Requirements**:
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
- 5+ years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- PMP or Business Analysis certification a plus
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain technologies desired while implementation experience preferred
- Experience in ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP ERP, SAP S4 HANA preferred
- Proficiency writing core BA deliverables (e.g.
functional specifications, test cases, hypercare plan, cutover plan, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming, use case definition)
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g.
Agile, Waterfall) and activities/deliverables(e.g., work planning, status reporting, issue management)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
