**Responsibilities**:
As our** Business Systems Developer, **responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist input into the design and implementation of Syteline ERP solutions across all our A&P brands.
- Serving as the technical lead on a Syteline migration project for one of our brands.
- Writing and maintaining SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Conducting system maintenance, debugging and SQL database support/maintenance.
- Gathering business requirements from key business areas and inputting into the creation of IS solutions to meet those requirements.
- Serving as a domain expert for ERP and train others in best practices.
- Working with business areas and ERP vendors, where appropriate, to ensure effective integration of business processes into new and existing system solutions.
- Creating comprehensive documentation and providing user training where required.
Qualifications:
**Must-Have**:
- Experience working in SLA-driven organizations.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a related information technology role.
- Proven history of delivering customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in programming languages: (JAVA, C#, VB), Scripting: (XML, HTML, JSON, CSS, XSLT), databases: (MS SQL) Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS.
