The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (Portuguese and English) and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system improvements, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce recommendations.Conduct requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementation and consulting.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all business analysis matters.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.QualificationsProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementation.Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
