Our Global Payroll Services Team is seeking an expert Payroll Processing Analyst to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive payroll processing for multiple countries in Americas.DescriptionProvides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups. Meets payroll delivery timelines, on time every time (no missed pay dates or statutory submissions). Analyzes and explains all components of payroll processing in SAP HR. Identifies, analyzes, researches and resolves errors and discrepancies between Apple's internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system to ensure accurate system status prior to payroll processing. Performs audits and reconciliations to the highest quality and understands the purpose and importance in the payroll. Supports various projects and/or system UAT stages through partnership and collaboration with IT, Operations & Quality Assurance teams. Ensures all documentation is accurately updated and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices and legal requirements. Solves day-to-day operational problems of multifaceted scope and complexity. Provides production support for Global Payroll systems for technical defects, improvements or regular maintenance, providing timely ticket updates to business partners. Supports global peers, acting as a back-up or additional resource for audits, error handling, and payroll processing. Handles confidential data and understands responsibility.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in similar roles working with SAP HR Payroll or ADP GV for Payroll processing.Overall understanding of Brazil payroll and post payroll process flows, from the point of data capture through gross to net calculation to include processing or analyzing complex payments.Expertise with spreadsheet, process mapping and word processing tools.Proficiency in English and Portuguese.Preferred QualificationsExperience processing payroll for different countries in Americas, up to and including post-process audits, bank file creation, termination processing, legislative reporting such as monthly lodgments & year end statements generation, GL files generation and inbound/outbound interfaces management.Payroll processing experience for MNCs.Good communication (written & verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify key partners and successfully influence without authority.Experience in driving automation and process improvements.Motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teams; good organizational and planning skills with solid attention to detail.Experience developing and/or redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining accurate internal controls and meeting segregation of duties requirements.Understand day to day priorities and adapt to an ever-changing/fast paced environment.
